This luxuriously finished stylish penthouse offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 6 persons, with a massive L-shaped terrace equipped with splash-pool and dedicated BBQ area offering literally views all over the island from its high position over the Gozitan countryside and the medieval Citadel of Victoria. You can literally see almost all the fireworks during each village feast in the summer months just relaxing on the huge terrace. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another sunny terrace at the back with views. A washing machine is available at the property free of charge. The penthouse comes equipped with free WiFi, Smart TV, Air-conditioning throughout, fireplace, smart lighting, coffee machine and a fully equipped high end kitchen with dishwasher. Taxi/minibus service from the airport to the accommodation and car rental provided on request. A bus stop is situated conveniently just 1 minute walk and the parish square with its bars and restaurants and grocery store are 5 minutes away. Guests have access to the whole accommodation on the third floor by lift. You will be given two keys, one for the apartment and one for the main door to the condominium. Free street parking is available and there is no need to reserve.

En dejlig lejlighed med gode faciliteter både indenfor og udenfor. Der er masser af plads både inde og ude til at boltre dig på. Lejligheden er fuldt udstyret med alt man skal bruge i et køkken og vores indkøb blev leveret lige til døren. Lækre hvidevarer og super fine badeværelser. Poolområdet er helt eminent og med en dejlig kølig pool. Der kan man virkelig slappe af og blive kølet ned i mange timer. God og velfungerende grill, hvor vi hentede vores kød til ved den lokale slagter. Virkelig lækkert. Aircondition var lynhurtig til at køle lejligheden ned. Vi vil klart anbefale Ivan som vært og den perle Ivan har på rooftop. Det flotteste udsyn over byen, hvor vi kunne følge med i alt fyrværkeriet.

We very much enjoyed our time in Sannat. The apartment is a great base for exploring Gozo. From the terrace you have a great view, and it invites you to linger. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. The contact with Ivan was friendly and straightforward. He always got back to us super quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We have just had a fantastic stay at Ivan’s apartment for four adults and one teenager. Beautiful modern and spacious property in a lovely quiet town. Ivan is a lovely host and very attentive. He was on hand to provide tips and ensure we had everything we needed. Very kind addition of a welcome basket on our arrival. The apartment really is special and the outdoor terrace is perfect for looking at the stunning views and sunsets. The plunge pool was an amazing addition and was a lovely space to enjoy drinks and cool down after exploring the island in the day. Don’t be put off by not having a car as we found it very easy to get around using public buses (bus stop just down a little from the apartment), Bolt and the hop on/hop off bus. Small but great choice of restaurants 5 minute walk away and a local store that has plenty of choice. Beautiful sunset cliff spot a few minutes walk away. Can’t recommend enough and we will certainly be back. Thank you Ivan for a wonderful stay.
